Ellen Chisdes Neuberg

Formerly the owner/director of GalleriE CHIZ on Ellsworth Avenue in Shadyside for 22 years, Ellen is using the building, with its mosaic façade, as her personal art studio, where she creates six days every week. Her
paintings and sometimes funky sculptures are in many private and corporate collections, nationally and internationally. An artist since 1970 and a longtime member of Associated Artists of Pittsburgh, she has donated to Persad since its beginnings. She has shown at The Carnegie, The Warhol, the Westmoreland Museum of American Art and many other venues. Check out her upcoming one person exhibit at the Westmoreland Museum, November 20 - December 20, 2020. Her studio/gallery is open to the public, hours vary.
